Looking for a natural bird dog? Hunting is our passion and our priority, and while we agree that solid confirmation is also necessary, we are not breeding show dogs. Our priorities in our breeding program are as follows: field ability, health,and temperament.
Our dogs are superb hunters, healthy, and biddable members of our family. We are proud to say that our dogs can hunt! Our puppies are introduced to birds at a very young age and then for their first bird season we encourage our puppy owners to hunt their pups as often as possible.
We require that our owners do the NAVHDA NA (Natural Ability Test) with their pups before they are 16 months old, which we feel does showcase our breeding programs hunting natural ability. Our dogs have wonderful temperaments and several of our pups have attained obedience titles, canine good citizen titles, and one is a registered therapy dog.
We are not big breeders and in fact only plan litters every couple of years. Our breedings are researched extensively to ensure exceptional hunting ability, health, and temperament. We hope you enjoy our site and please feel free to contact us!
